Global flavours come together in Kwai Chung

In his opening address, Dr Wingco Lo, President of the CMA, noted that the Carnival has grown over the past decade into a signature annual event in Kwai Chung, generating opportunities and boosting the local economy. “Through food and memorable experiences, we bring people together and stimulate consumption,” said Dr Lo. “The Carnival showcases Hong Kong's unique appeal, encouraging residents and visitors to explore, stay longer, and return.”

Mr Ivan Sze, Vice President of the CMA cum Chairman of CMA Exhibition Services Limited, added that this year’s new attractions and expanded culinary, shopping and entertainment offerings showcase the city’s distinctive charm and help tell the Hong Kong story.

This year’s Carnival features over 330 booths across seven thematic zones, offering wines, global delicacies, premium dried seafood, home and kitchenware, and more. Three dedicated catering zones—the Yummy Food Zone, the Chillax Zone and the new Southeast Asian Food Zone—feature 80 cooked food stalls serving hundreds of mouth-watering local and international street food treats.

Beyblade battles x Halloween party: A festive celebration for all ages

Beyond the culinary treats, visitors can immerse themselves in a wide array of entertainment. Tapping into Hong Kong’s Beyblade craze, the Carnival introduces the exciting “Beyblade X S1 Tournament,” free all-day access to open-play stadiums for casual matches, and the “Speed & Spin Challenge,” where participants have a chance to win prize packs valued at HK$500.

The Carnival’s popular Halloween festivities also return, featuring a spooky parade, creative DIY workshops, and complimentary face painting. Visitors wearing Halloween costumes or Halloween makeup can enjoy free admission on 30 and 31 October, adding to the festive atmosphere and fun for all ages.

Exclusive rewards and live entertainment deliver the ultimate chill vibe

Generous shopping deals are always a highlight of CMA exhibitions. This year’s Carnival introduces the “$10 and $30 Discount Trio,” featuring exceptional value throughout the event. To kick off and wrap up the Carnival, two rounds of mega-discount promotions will feature over 150 items available at prices as low as HK$1 or at discounts of up to 90%—covering preserved meat cash vouchers, fine wines, and an array of food and snacks.

Also making its debut is the “20% Off Gourmet Pass.” A total of 500 passes will be distributed daily across two sessions, at 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM, on a first-come, first-served basis to visitors purchasing tickets at the venue. Pass holders can enjoy 20% off their total bill at designated cooked food stalls across the three main food zones.

To enhance the relaxed, laid-back vibe, the organiser will give away a total of 30 glasses of fine wine, red or white, daily at 3:00 PM on a first-come, first-served basis.

Visitors can also win prizes worth over HK$600,000 through various activities and enjoy a lively programme of cooking demonstrations, live music, traditional opera performances and interactive game booths—ensuring memorable moments for all ages.
